When Is The Best Time To Work Out?

Mornings after coffee.
Usually 7am-9am if your work sched is after lunch; cut that shorter pag mas maaga sa 12pm ang start ng work sched mo.
10 minute stretching before you sets, then 30 minutes stretching pag patapos ka na.
Bu the time tapos ka na, brunch will carry you over until merienda (or dinner depending kung gaano kaheavy brunch mo)

well, i read in a research na I think pinaka optimal daw is sa hapon around 4-7PM kasi that's where the body is at its strongest...but if you push yourself hard and progressive overload I think any time would be a great time

it's just a matter of routine....for me, I find mornings the best kasi para di ako maging lazy the whole day!
