Aside from being slow, bakit kailangang magpalipat-lipat ng lanes yung ginagawa nila. Why didn't they do one lane at a time or one section at a time? And ang daming diverging and merging traffic and really is difficult for the drivers. I wonder how many accident this has already caused. Noong ginawa yung NLEX hindi naman ganun kagulo.

sabay sabay kasi ang ginawa nila. iba iba pa ng sections kaya nagparang maze ung mga roads nila kasi sa mga works na dapat gawin on different sections. may mga sections pa na counterflow kaya nakakalito. when you pass by slex this week, next week iba na naman setup nila. mas organized and pagawa ng nlex and mas mabilis.

oo nga sir. mas nakakatakot pag gabi. kulang ang mga ilaw lalo na sa mga work zone and merging sections nila. sana nga matapos in 3 mos ung project nila. hindi kasi 24/7 and work nila so im thinking that will take a lot more than 3 mos.

hay nako totoo grabe slex ngayon para kang dumadaan sa maze every week paiba iba ata ang lanes kaya nakakalito.. buti nalang malinaw pa din mata ko. pero ilang beses na din ako muntik maaksidente sa mga lintik na barriers yan meron kasing mga walang warning signs and reflectors eh..

true sir. mas madami pa akong nakikitang "sorry for the inconvenience" na sign kesa sa mga ilaw eh. We have to be extra careful while driving at slex specially at night.

yup! sana matapos na asap yang slex, sana lang wag ng tumaas masyado toll fee! anyways ingats nalang sa mga motorist na dumadaan dito for the meantime!

magtaas na lang sana sila ng toll fee when its done. magbabayad ka kagad ng mataas tapos ganun ang kalsada nila. ok lang magbayad ng mejo mahal basta maayos ang kalsada like nlex. ung skyway na nga lang till now hindi pa tapos. :thumbsdownsmiley:

i don't know if this is related to the rehab.

 

but this morning, it took me an hour from the filinvest entrance to the alabang interchange overpass, and another hour from alabang to sucat.

buti na lang nagbukas sila ng counterflow going to makati. uuwi na sana ako eh. sayang oras and gasolina.

was trapped here for an hour! darn it! didn't know about the rehabilitation...will not make the same mistake of taking slex again if i had a choice!

The problem is, we DON'T have a choice. You can go to the service roads, but damned Maynilad has torn up the west side and the traffic is so unpredictable.

Hay ang tagal matapos nito... Mas mabilis pa nagawa yung NLEX.

 

 

di naman... 3 years or more ata bago natapos yung nlex...

 

pero ang tagal nga naman tong slex... no choice naman talaga tayo eh. at least in a couple of years, 3 lanes na ang slex... tapos in a few years after that congested nanaman ang slex kasi ang daming housing projects sa south...

How SLEX management (PNCC) could still charge toll with the present construction is CRIMINAL!!!!! Para kang ninanakawan at wala kang magawa! Every death which happen in the SLEX should be a crime committed by its management! This company is worse than Sulpicio Lines!

 

(Guess who is the president of PNCC --- sister ni Mike D not A!)

 

When NLEX was being renovated, the management kept the current toll rates (point-to-point was P45). There was a time when the NLEX was almost complete, NLTC did NOT charge tolls! This is true service!!

 

Dito sa SLEX, with the current condition, the tollrate a motorist pays is even higher than NLEX, on a per kilometer basis!

 

The only difference is that NLEX management company is majority owned by the Lopezes. If there is one time I would support the Lopez family is because of NLEX!

it is more of a loonnggg obstacle course to me. :thumbsdownsmiley: i have no problem with the heavy traffic it causes on peak hours because i leave home at six a.m. and reach the office in alabang 20 minutes later. i leave the office early at 4:30 pm, so no big deal. the problems are the changing lanes. so unpredictably, dangerously tricky. bad talaga! :angry: :grr:
