Ano ba okay na whey? Sabi nila goods daw Gold standard or Nitrotech, pero kayo ba?

ProMatrix ba pinaka ok? Mutant Mass kasi lagi akong kinakabag. Ano ang consensus dito for mass gainer / whey powder?

 

Ako din kinakabag at mejo iba ang bowel movement pag nagt-take ng Whey Protein, kaya tinry ko yung ProMatrix7 - mix kasi siya ng iba iba. That being said, mas hiyang din yung gut ko sa mga protein tulad ng hemp, pea, at soy. Depende sa katawan natin. Try mo, di naman siya mahal, meron pang 2lbs na trial pack, I think nasa 750 isa? Masarap yung Chocolate version. Hindi nakakairita o nakakasawa yung lasa

take whey protein and workout regularly at least 3x to 4x a week.

Recommend ko Starting Strength o Stronglifts 5x5 para sa mga beginners.

Mabilis mag gain ng strength sa mga program na yan, lalo na kung bagohan.

Sa opinion ko, dapat unahin ang strength bago aesthetics. Mga compound lifts talaga ang hari para sa muscle building, simple lang pati.
