nweis biktima ka din ba ng ganitong standard

well, i'm ashamed to admit i'm from the 'top-4' (actually, the top-1). i've enjoyed the special preference at times but in others, it comes so thick even a jerk like me can feel disgusted.

i'm saying this in view of the general mediocrity of our industries.

I'm interested sa mga kakaibang training.... Would you have any offers available? Let me know... Thanks.

what do you mean by "kakaibang training" could you please elaborate it. Is it about product knowledge, personality development, team building? Give me some specifications...

thanks, I'll help you in any way I can. On the training side well hopefully it will be my first time to be in the training department, that's the reason why my company assigned me to have a long training.

re: sa cash advance sa bagong company para bayaran mo yung dapat mong bayaran eh depende na naman yan sa policy ng company. pero as far as i know, pag probi ka, you're not entitled yet sa mga benefits like cash advance and other... again sabi ko nga depende sa policy ng company na lilipatan mo. ipangutang mo na lang muna bago ka umalis sa company mo para di mo na sila babalikan... unless nalang pre may maganda sa hr or accounting kaya gusto mo pababalik-balik ka... :P :P :P

keep on posting pre...

un na nga gagawin ko. utang muna ko sa iba para mabayaran or post dated cheque pwede din d ba?

I have one question that I think is very relevant...

So as an HR, who would you side on legally correct position of the employees or the hand that feeds you that has taken an illegal stance such as OTs, contractuals etc...

Coz frankly my exprience with HR people has yet to be "fair"

BTW, am I right to assume that you use your working time at MTC??? what ever happened to the 10 decrees on the first page

nice question you got there!

il share my point of view in 5 years with hr i have make it a point to serve both edge (btw incase u dont know hr peeps function as middle man for the upper and the lower management), there are time we have to kneal down but tehre are times when we stick our head out! it a matter of choice... its also a matter of policies and principles.

when hr practioner worke with the upper management it is because we are upholding and uplifting company policies not to save our ass(though some does)

when we give our hand to lower peeps its because we know they have the rights as well as the needs....

please do niot blame us f u think we are sumtimes unfair... there are always a reason behind... whatever it maybe it serve one purpose.. taht is to protect sumone from getting hurt or fired...

a piece of thought!

how do you compute your training cost, any idea?

Hi I would like to share some thoughts regarding my HR experience particularly in training. There are three parts or shall i say phases in a training: the first; is what you call the pre-training and development stage, this is where you make your TNA and other research to get the training needs of your targetted participants, then comes the second part which is the training proper, this is the result of the evaluation of the TNA, this is where you fuse your idea on how and what to do in training; and the last part which is the evaluation and future plan of action. All of the trainers have doing these, though in the process there are those who short circuit some of the stages.

Regarding the training cost here is how to do it. There are two costs: first is the direct of cost of training and indirect cost. Direct costs are the cost of venue, training materials, food and snacks, training fee or honorarium, transportation, prizes if you have games, training equipment and others actually used in the training. Indirect cost are the salaries of the participants if these are your co-workers and HR staff who prepared the training. I mentioned indirect cost because usually these are not being counted whenever theres a training. Take note that you can present this as HR's counterpart in the overall training cost. In this case, management would easily approved your training budget.
