When you take your vacation here, remind me not to take you to Chinatown in Ongpin and Binondo for a meal. :)

Hmm, I discovered a very good buffet place last night.

It is called Alba and it is located in Polaris St., very near La Tavera.

The place serves Spanish dishes and the buffet is a very reasonable P420++ only.

I was just driving along last night after I arrived from Tagaytay and I was looking for a place to have dinner.

I saw this place and said to myself, "why not?".

Problem is, when I got inside, the place was fully packed. Fully booked na raw sila with no more room. Kailangan pala you had to make reservations.

Anyway, I just looked at the offerings in the buffet table, tindi:

Paella Valencia

Paella Negra

Cochinillo (lechon)

two kinds of Pasta

Lamb shanks

Pollo something (spicy Chicken)

Roast beef

and several others

Grabe, it looked so damn good.

I wound up just ordering some food to go and when I got home, super sarap ng food nila.

Yup, I saw your post.

Kaya nga sinubukan ko eh.

I wanted to try your recommendations kasi you seem to have good taste. :)

Sobrang ok nga food nila.

Atsaka, siguro when you get through their buffet, wala na akong space for dessert.

Hehehe....

Sure, dude.

Makati Ave ka, galing ng Mandarin Oriental or Ayala.

Paglampas mo ng Buendia, turn right sa Jupiter.

Then turn left sa first corner.

Then you reach a fork, take the right fork. Polaris St. na iyon.

A few meters lang, nasa right mo ang Alba. tapat siya ng isang Jap resto at tabi ng Persiana.

oo nga naman faffy paki post exact location.....

saka yung cosa nostra san yon and what kind of resto bayun....... :)

Hahaha!

Pinost ko na directions to get to Alba.

No idea sa Cosa Nostra, never been there eh.

Dadalhin pa lang ako ni Wyld duon.

Hmm, sabi sa isang thread, they serve Italian food daw. Which makes sense kasi di ba, the Mafia in the US was called Cosa Nostra?
