Everything depends on the situation. In some instances, the customer is abusive of what they think is their right.

how many of us have at some point or another used this excuse to get what we want? especially when we pay good money for products, commodities, and services.
yes, the customer is not always right. but you know what guys, proper wording, intonation, inflection, and a good attitude can always make it look like you're right even when you're complaining.

as a consumer, the customer is always right, if not, he/she has the right to complaint, after all, its hard earned money we are paying for their advertised services that they are selling...

try to visit USA if you have a US visa and you will learn what 100% customer satisfaction means to them...
if no US visa, try to learn what a USA BPO account is doing here to provide said customer satisfaction above
