what's with rib-eye steak ba? forgive me for my ignorance, but i've been hearing that quite a lot...  :rolleyes:  :P

Hi mayella,

Ribeye refers to a cut from the tender part "eye" of Prime Rib. It's marbled with fat which makes it juicy and flavorful.

Hope that is what you meant.

Beef...it's what's for dinner ;-)
