have you guys tried FAT MICHAEL's masarap dun, medyo spanish dish. nice and cute ambience. medyo pricey nga lang.

Try nyo sa BTCafe...located at tomas morato sa may gutsons billiards. they serve batangas tapa and t-bone, porterhouse steaks din and its cheap. meroon sila ngayon na eat all you can for only 239 and you can order everything in their menu. i have tried it and sobrang sulit, gagapang kang palabas sa sarap. pwede kang mag tbone kahit ilan and sisig kahit ilang din kasama pa ang ice tea and barako coffee na bottomless din

Well that is good for 3 persons kung medyo malakas kumain 4 kung mahina plus rice if you like 1 pa ulam. Your bill will not go over 1200.

Along Ongpin St & Gandara St, walk past Royal Restaurant and you will see a small alley on your right. Go in about 15 feet and you will see FoodFare Restaurant on your left. It has very tasty food at normal prices (P50-60/dish) but their specialty is Soup #5 (Goo Pian in chinese) which means Cow Penis Soup.

Also along Gandara St near Ongpin St in Manila's chinatown is the ANG TUNAY restaurant. They also have tasty & good selection at inexpensive prices. The PRESIDENT restaurant along Ongpin St has very tasty Lechon De Leche, but is a more expensive place to eat.

Aling Soseng's Carinderia along Zobel Roxas going towards SSuperhiway. Forget the ambience since its on the sidewalk and has a vulcanizing shop right beside it. But their bulalo is a killer....hot and tasty while the beef is super tender. Great especially when its raining.

For those near UP, try Chocolate Kiss Cafe sa Bahay ng Alumni. Yung mga taga-UP dyan, i'm sure alam nyo 'to. Friend ko yung may ari and the place has been around for almost 10 years now, if i'm not mistaken. It's strictly a family business kaya quality is guaranteed. Daming choices, sarap ng food, and budget is around 100 / person.

 

And recently nagbukas sila ng branch sa Roces, just off T. Morato. Lagpas ng Decades, just below Books for Less. Try nyo! :cool:
