Sama nung tiyan ko sa mutant. Bloated all day na feeling mo matatae ka. Siguro 5lbs muna. Sabihin natin mga 2k yun?

Recommend ko Starting Strength o Stronglifts 5x5 para sa mga beginners.

Mabilis mag gain ng strength sa mga program na yan, lalo na kung bagohan.

Sa opinion ko, dapat unahin ang strength bago aesthetics. Mga compound lifts talaga ang hari para sa muscle building, simple lang pati.

Mabilis mag gain ng strength sa mga program na yan, lalo na kung bagohan.

Sa opinion ko, dapat unahin ang strength bago aesthetics. Mga compound lifts talaga ang hari para sa muscle building, simple lang pati.

 

Agree to this. Lalo na kung sasamahan mo ng high-protein, low fat diet. Protein Shakes should only supplement.

Building muscle requires several dependencies.

 

First is a goal. You need to make sure you have a single goal in mind. Either you want to lose fat, gain muscle mass, maintain current physique. Those are just few of the many goals you can set for your fitness journey. 

 

Second is your nutrition. If you are trying to lose weight, then you should have a caloric deficit. For example, if you are burning 2000 calories a day, you should take in 1300-1500 calories daily. A theoretical calculation for you caloric intake is 10 or 12 multiplied by your weight in pounds. So for example I am 150lbs, multiply that by 10/12 and that would be your daily calorie intake. For maintenance, you should take in as much calories as you burn. The base computation there is bodyweight (lbs) x 15, then there goes your maintenance calorie intake. Last would be for gaining muscle. You could either go for a lean bulk or a dirty bulk. Lean bulking would mean that you are taking in more calories without adding risks of gaining more fat mass. The computation there is bodyweight (lbl) x 16 or 17. For dirty bulking, that would be bodyweight (lbs) x 18-22.

 

Last is your training routine. You should focus on compound exercises such as deadlifts, back squats, military press, bench press, pullups and rows. Those main lifts would certainly help you build more muscle.

Its Best to go on a Smart Caloric Surplus together with High Volume Compound Lifting.
