It's hard to quit because it feels like I have less things to look forward to and enjoy in this life. I don't want to keep hiding this part of myself anymore but at the same time, I need to get it in control because it's the one thing right now that can really derail the rest of my life. It's a really expensive and potentially life-ruining addiction but the pleasure it gives me is also hard to beat. Anyway, the situation feels really depressing for me. Quote Link to comment

Go to the gym or play sports find a group that shares a common interest. And learn to use your hands... Pag naiisip ko gusto ko mag spa nanonood nalang ako ng porn 95% of the time goods na ako after.
