Tahimik and Good ambiance.
May mga ginagawa pa na new buildings.Perfect for budget friendly staycation.

When you say tahimik is it because of the type of crowd or the lack of a crowd? Im curious as to how its doing. The concept (beach in the city) was pretty out there when it was pitched to us back then.

Both... Or by season dagsaan. Di natin masasabi.. Malaki kasi talaga yung place.

Hahaha! Actually mahilig ako sa beach. Siguro dapat mabisita yan before it becomes too popular. Do you have to be a guest at their resort or are day visitors allowed?

Went there for like a year ago ~ kinda sucked 'coz they're still doing construction on the front so you could hear every clanking and banging.

It'd be cool if they throw in pool parties with a huge ass crowd. Wanna go back (this far south) if that's the case.

Depends on types of room, view, how many guests for occupancy.
Minimum 2,500 one night, for 2persons, basic designs inside,not for pool view,but w/ kitchen amenities and free breakfast. Sometimes nakapromo sila 2,000.
3k and up room rates passingly good.
Dun lang ako sa mura.. Since mag-isa lang ako nagpunta dito once.. :-D
