Before you hire a PT, determine your goals including your timeline. 

 

A good PT will design a program for you including diet and rest periods.  A PT will also motivate you and translate your training to your personal and professional life.

masi said it right. I agree on the importance of a PT not just for the workout. Same provides would apply to your life. Life is a workout session all by itself.

My PT in goldsgym provided me something i never had before when going to gym on a solo basis. I got organized, motivated and with direction. Results are now apparent. Sulit bayad

Spent a lot on our personal trainer. Kaya lang I felt he'd push us too much so the sessions were not enjoyable. So we stopped it after a few months.
