Philosphy: What Are Your Beliefs/ideology?

I believe in the necessity of suffering and despair in life as this is one of the stepping stones to finding one's "true self". Coming to terms with reality helps one understand that happiness is possible, only when one is made aware of what non-happiness is.

 

Curious - once you find your true self, what's the next stage?
