Seems like High Dynamic Rang (HDR) content, OLED is the future, LG has it since last year and next year Sony will have it (they'll be sourcing the panels from LGs). Samsung is holding its own with its LED TVs, having the brightest displays on the market. I say its a good time to buy TV especially if you haven't bought into 4K TVs Quote Link to comment
