Hope someone can help. I noticed a lot of college review schools that are supposed to improve chances of getting into good schools like UP, ADMU, DLSU, UST etc.

anyone can share tips, suggestions or even post links to reviewers that the kids can study para sa mga cannot afford the rates that range from P4000 to P15,000?

salamat po

no need to enroll, IMO. either alam mo na, or di mo alam ang mga sagot dyan. tips na lang. nag ACET, UPCAT, and USTET ako. upcat and ustet madali lang. promise. parang IQ test lang. ACET mahirap. time pressure. mga tipong 30 items in 5 minutes. ganun. good luck kapatid.

Just relax. I already graduated from AdMU. My cousin is also a Junior civil eng'g in Diliman. We both passed the same UPCAT and ACET and, yes, just relax and be ready to use your stock knowledge.

there doesn't seem to be any study measuring the effectiveness of college preparatory classes, but cramming won't help either. so have the kids study but remind them that universities don't just look at entrance exam scores, kids' high school grades matter too. for schools like ateneo, they'll also be looking at other activities an applicant excels in. someone who might be valuable to a sports team for example, or someone that devotes their extra time to something meaningful while maintaining decent grades. good luck!

To get into UP and Ateneo, there is no shortcut:
Study hard from high school first year to high school third year.

just read the instructions carefully and answer the questions properly. most of these exams test one's stock knowledge. good luck!

no need to attend review classes, studying on your own would do just fine ^_^

Seconded. Pay attention in class and proverbial "stock knowledge" will do the rest. And yeah, do your own homework and stuff.

Self study and practice using reviewers.

Organize a review group in your house.....who knows it may turn out to be an org(y) :D

tyaga lang. study really hard, and keep your notes because you would be needing them. try to read them from time to time para hindi mo makalimutan.. review schools are just for review. basically, kung hindi mo alam ang sinasabi nila or wala kang foundation, patay ka.
