Repetitions lang, if lectures yan basahin lang ng basahin ng paulit ulit, eventually magiging parang part na din siya ng memory mo na parang naturally na siyang naka store sa brain. In terms of pick up, pag lumalawak yung knowledge about certain informations nagiging madali lang din mag pick up ng info kasi parang may pinanghuhgutan na yung brain kung san niya dapat kukunin yung information, hinde yung ipprocess pa ng sobra from point 0.

Well similar to newmamas DH I am not "crash" dieting. So I am planning healthy meals. I am making sure the portions I eat are reasonable and I am trying to eat lots of fruits and veggies. I am also allowing myself treats once in a while like gelato Most of my exercise is chasing the kids around and unpacking, but when DS2 is a bit less dependent on me I will get out more.
