New database server seems to be faster to respond.

Also the new database server when restarted does not cause any delay in access from the website.

Used to wait a few minutes for it to stabilize and give data.

error when trying to open private messages?

There appears to be an error with the database.

If you are seeing this page, it means there was a problem communicating with our database. Sometimes this error is temporary and will go away when you refresh the page. Sometimes the error will need to be fixed by an administrator before the site will become accessible again.

Yes, I think this has been an issue for the past few days already. Hope they can fix it.

PMs have been fixed a long time ago.

Just added a log disk in the ZFS pool to increase file writing performance.

On the website server.

Removed linux raid from the partitions.

Reply for any issues.

Moved back the database server VM to the old machine.

There are instability issues with 8 cores.

I now assigned just 4 cores.

Observing for stability...

Upgraded the operating system of the database server VM.

Hope that fixes a few bugs.
