we find ways to:

1. make it more harder for you.
2. make you mad
3. make bank tellers have more time to chika with one another
4. to get more service fee from you
5. to make more reasons to leave and take my business elswhere!

ok sana sila at sila lang ang bangko na mall hours, pati may weekend banking, pero may mga sablay silang talagang hassle.

I don't recomment BDO. sobrang higpit nyan kahit sa pagdedeposit ng money. Kailangan exacto lahat ang words ng checks pati deposit slip. ang lakas pang mag charge ng service fees. I bank with Metro, the best for me.

I agree. Years ago I wanted to open an account given that my business was just 50m away. I had the money and all requirements except one (only brought the photocopy of my passport). They refused to allow me to open the account and the manager even ignored my request to speak with her. Since then I've cut up my bdo credit card (was an original Equitable Visa cardholder) and would narrate my bad experience whenever they invite me to open an account.

ang bagal ng mga teller nila, the only thing I like it here is their atm machine, 50k allowable withdrawal w/in a day

Me? Ang tagal Kong nag banking sa BDO. May savings, checking, dollar & 2 peso investments. Nang Ang rates nila nag umpisang bumagsak, natural Mahahanap ako ng bang banko. Pinahirapan akong w/d pera ko. yung bank draft na nirequest ko for dollars ko Ang charge P5300. Never again. BPI na ano.

FYI, if any of you use your credit card for EPS shopping in SM or SIZEMORE, the cashier would normally ask that they will balance first. Alamo nyo ba na may P15 surcharge for balance inquiry between different banks? Kagulangan talaga ng mga Siy

Queue is indeed loooonggg... BUT in fairness, i see improvements like dividing the queue from 1 transaction to multiple transactions... tho still leaves MUCH to be desired.... :(

I made a Cheque deposit to a BDO account in Cavite, they charged me P100. Kasi daw outside metro Manila........

Bakit sa ibang bangko wala naman ganito provincial charge?

Balikan mo, wala ng charge ang inter branch check deposit nila kahit province pa. Ang may charge ay inter branch cash deposit to a provincial branch lang

BDO - ang slogan kasi dapat is: We fine ways, lahat kasi may charge. We were all blinded by the advertising BDO did and that is why we are paying for it now if we continue banking with them

What's good about BDO is they operate inside malls and on extended hours. Other than that, wala na hehe. (Or counted ba ang pagtitig sa mga teller nila? haha)Speaking from experience, di pa yata ako pumasok ng BDO branch nang di nagtatagal ng at least 20 minutes sa loob. Laging mahaba ang pila at medyo matagal talaga ang service. Dati nag-apply ako ng replacement ATM at cash card tapos pinasa-pasa pa ako. I mean sana isa na lang nag -assist sakin para less hassle.

Pag Cash Card P2.00 kasi wala kang maintaining balance, pero pag Atm savings account walang charges. Maybe address your complain to our employer and ask them to have a payroll agreement with Bdo so that you can open an Atm savings account that can give your free atm withdrawals and inquiry.

DO, Isa sa pinaka magulAng na bank. Sa Savemore, pagka gagamitin ko BPI card ko, gusto nila balance inquiry muna, so P5 per transaction. Pagka mag pa print ka ng bank statement, P100 agad yun. Hung nagpapagawa Ako ng manager's check for dollars, P3,500 sinisingil. P700 Lang sa ibang bank

Nangyari kanina nagdeposit ako, yung bank teller may kausap sa landline habang nagseservice sa customer, kundi ba naman unprofessional yung kausap pala niya sa credit card and yung bank teller nakikipagtalo kesyo lagi raw hindi updated yung records nila etc. and she was doing this while servicing a client
