negative i agree. i cant watch a decent small size video. nakakabadtrip talaga!reklamo na natin. ako taga bulacan. gawin natin 10 subscribers per area/province.pwede na siguro yun. inis ako eh mga 6 to 7 months pa lang yung subscription ko eh.lets revolt against this gokongwei owned junk service!!! :grr:

3 Weeks Akong nawalan ng Internet ang sabi nila nanakawan ng cable at ongoing ang pagaayos ng linya.
For 3 weeks nagrequest ako na puntahan ng technician baka kasi di ako part ng problemang sinasabi nila dahil iyong katabi namin may internet naman.
Kung hindi ko pa hiniram ang modem ng kapitbahay namin, di ko malalamang modem pala ang sira at hindi ang sinasabi nilang linya :thumbsdownsmiley:

mukhang SOP na response nila ang "nanakawan ng linya" ah. di ba fiber optic ang wire?

Kakaasar nga eh. 2 weeks akong nagrequest na tingnan ng technician nila baka kasi hindi naman ako part ng problem na sinasabi nila. Ng huli kong tinawagan sasagutin na naman ako na may problem sa line. Pahiya iyong customer rep ng sinabi kong modem ang problema di ang linya. Ano iyon 3 weeks nilang di maayos ang line dahil nanakawan, aba'y dapat sisantihin na nila ang Head ng Technical Team nila wala naman palang silbi.

badtrip 1 month na halos wala pa din kame connection. laging follow up follow up follow up! isa lang ata technician nila e!

akala ko big deal na yung problema ko sa DIGITEL, may mga mas malala pa pala sa akin ... Anyways three weeks na mabagal ang connection ko, wala akong upspeed ... mga 12 - 21 kbps lang ako haaaaaaay ... naka contract pa naman ako ng 2yrs sa kanila ... gusto ko nang magpalit eh. Nagaplano kaming mag-computershop at di ko kukunin ito!!! guys ano ba maganda??

using digitel dsl, so far so good, lots of downtime though :(

I've been a subcriber for 3 years (because before, no one else offered DSL service in my location) They have the absolute worse services when it comes to DSL. Almost 3 times a week walang DSL. I've complained so many times na nung nag offer dito ng globe nagpa disconnect ako agad and switched.

i dont know kung worst ang service nila...but pag ba everytime na gagamit ka ng internet ou have to reset their modem. i dont know, baka may taga digitel dsl d2 n pwede mag comment on this kasi pag tinatawagan mo ng service ay pag d matagal ay nalilimutan...hayyyyyyyyyyyyy

Here in Bicol, DIGITEL DSL is still the cheapest ADSL broadband available. And here in our area you got DIGITEL DSL or nothing, even tons of downtime and usually slow poke, eh no choice but to accept the fact. :(
