hi bro!

about the prices, here's something i got from from libis: http://manilatonight.com/index.php?showtopic=31342

these are launch prices and will likely go up anywhere from 2 to 7% after one month.

i'll be going to the launch on wednesday. if you're in the area, let me know so i can get you in. or you can drop by any ford dealer to get an invitation. by invitation only "daw" eh. ;) see you there.

I have a Mitsu l200 endeavor that I use for a daily beater... never lets me down, especially on baha days... I use it to haul big ass stuff, very convenient when doing grocery... well anyways I saw the new strada and damn... its freakin nice... thinkin of buyin 1... coz of the turbo, I bet it rides sweeter than the previous stradas... coz thats my only complain with the L200 its a bit slow... but 4 a daily beater ok na rin... tops speed on the endeavor tho is 155kph :) thats on d expressway going 2 subic... hirap paabutin ng mas mataas pa bcoz of the slow acceleration...

whats the year of your endeavor dude?? mine is 1999 but i bought it second hand....i only did 120 on it when i was on the nlex...didn't pushed it to the limit...

yap, i have seen the new mitsubishi strada..ang ganda...it's really slow but it's really strong...

if i may suggest sir, you can put the diesel booster additive that can be bought in petron gas stations..i think 200 or 250ml costs around 54 or 56 bucks...if u plan to put diesel on your vehicle, kindly mix it with your diesel....

it improves the ride.. trust me!!

Thnx for the heads up Senor Dmx... but i dont use additives anymore, I used to do that on our Patrol... ayun katok makina... change engine ang kinalabasan... hehehe

so, it will be bad for my engine in the long run??? masisira kaya makina ko lets say 2-3 years??

kasi if so, i'll stop using it...if it happened in your patrol...

thanks for the info dude!!!

In my book, additives are just a waste of money. Whether you own a gas or diesel engined vehicle, the most important thing is to change your motor oil at the correct interval as recommended by the manufacturer. And use high quality oil filters (original if possible) and the correct viscosity oil based on our climate (again as recommended by our local manufacturer).

i change my oil in the casa dude, sa Mitsubishi mismo, kaso the oil is just regular oil...masyado mahal yung special oil sa casa eh, pero i change my oil in time, 3 months actually...

the ride really improves on the diesel additive...dunno about if it will be bad in the long run, i don't even exceed 100 mp/h when im in the NLEX!!

What brand of oil do they use sa casa?

thanks for the very helpful tip dude, i think they just use regular oil sa casa... i usually go there because of the oil filter...next change oil, i'll try to follow your advice dude!!

just recently, my radiator just had a small hole in it, so when i fixed it, the mechanic told me to just use plain water, avoid the coolant, kasi before i use coolant (prestone or the petron super coolant)...

I had my Civic's radiator repaired na din around 2 years ago.

I just make it a point na mag drain ng buong system at magreplenish once every year, usually during summertime para handa sa init talaga ang sasakyan.

yap, thanks dude..i was using Springfield before...Prestone, then Springfield then the ptron coolant...

the oil that mistubishi uses is their own oil sae 20W-50...

:mtc:

regarding sa water, kasi our source is from Maynilad which has chlorine pero na purify naman sya through the machine..dunno lang kung totally wiped out na yung chlorine and other minerals...
