The food there is incredible (on the expensive side, though). They also have a fair variety of choices for vegetarians, which is rare in Chinese restaurants. Downside is they don't serve beer.
Panciteria de San Jacinto-for their pancit canton and spicy crab
I was told that this restaurant actually made a name for itself while it was still in Chinatown many years ago. It's now along C-5, in Pasig.

They have a buffet Eat and Drink all you can deal.
Plus the food is great.
For fast food, Luk Yuen does it for me.
For celebratory dining, Gloria Maris and Presidents are it for me.
