I forgot to mention Prince Albert. The duck is excellent AND expensive.

Bravo! at Malate and Festival Mall (ewan ko lang kung bukas pa) offers very light, fresh pizza. You also get to see a poster of Sophia Loren na may buhok sa kili-kili. :P

The cold weather in Tagaytay is excellent for romantic dates. Dito rin masarap mag afternoon date, because of the view. Aside from Sonya's Garden and Antonio's, the roadside restos are packed but cool, like Dencio's and Josephine's. Sa Josephine's order the Baked Prawns. Mmmmm.

The most romatic Japanese resto I know that still exists is Zen (for some reason, hindi romantic ang mga Jap restos). Romantic steakhouses? Alfredo's and Steak Town.

Malate, maraming cozy places with good food, like Sala and Raj. :flower:

Just had dinner at Steak Town West Avenue... hindi na siya cozy pero the food is the same... :)

Just had dinner at Fat Michael's awhile ago. Food was ordinary, but the place was extraordinary. Bohemian as they would say, very cozy.

the restaurant in the top of the citibank building is top of the citi , it's run by le souffle' good view but the food is better at the fort, one thing good with manila there's really a lot of places, 3t in makati is a good budget, If you're not intersted in a hotel Aqua used to be good but I haven't eaten there in a long time. If hotel's are ok with you then Prince Albert's steaks are good too. seems like it's a special dinner the tagaytay restaus they mentioned are up to par for this.

Best view of Antipolo, San Mateo and Laguna....

The corner table inside the Via Mare's Bar area, Penthouse, Tektite East Tower, Exchange Rd., Ortigas Center.

Fresh Oysters, beer, palitaw or sotanghon soup..... whatever.....

Discreet with lots of parking spaces..... :D

Scubapro, is Via Mare Tektite still open? I thought they had closed it already? Please advise, because I agree with you, that its a nice place specially on weekends when there is not much office crowd.

Another place in the area is the Serenpidity Lounge of Discovery Suites on the 22nd F, but it is only for check-in guests only. They have the Cafe Berrio on the 5/F...
