H2O Hotel Manila

^ agree ako dito.

Nandito kami just this past Sunday. Yung hotel eh nasa 3rd floor lang. Yun na yun. Parang part lang ng Ocean Park yung hotel. Yung kinuha ko was aqua room kasi may aquarium wall. Nothing special pala except nga dun sa aquarium. No windows so you still have to go outside to check the weather. No divider between bathroom and bedroom. Yung bathtub nasa labas ng shower room and just a few steps away from the bed, so kitang kita ka ng lahat ng kasama mo sa room and di pwede magtampisaw kasi mababasa ung mga gamit. Below average nga yung breakfast, konti pa ng choices. Yung pool area eh sa labas pa ng hotel, as in labas, sa may entrance ata yun ng Ocean Park. Limited hours pa, 8am-5pm lang. Tapos since it's a public pool (200 entrance fee), kelangan pa kumuha ng gate pass from hotel para magamit yung pool for free ng hotel guests.

Overall, not satisfied with our stay. Mas ok pa nga ibang hotel along Roxas Blvd.

Yesterday, a purportedly family-oriented and child-friendly Manila Ocean Park was tainted by a sexual controversy after the nearby H2O hotel revealed a live show far more disturbing than the “Aquatica Show”: a foreign national having a steamy sex scene with her Filipina girlfriend. According to Armi Cortes, VP-Sales & Marketing of Manila Ocean Park, the two assumed that their private intimacy yesterday was shielded by a “one-way” mirror, not knowing that their live copulation was witnessed by adult visitors and some innocent children, who, perhaps, were a bit confused if that scene was a part of their “field trip” just like how those talented sea lions showcase their skills. But the damage has been done and the only thing left are the lessons we should learn from their mistakes. Well, aside from checking if the mirrors we face on a daily basis are “one-sided” or not, we have to be responsible in controlling our sexual urges or drives and should never forget the follies of those who blundered in the field of “responsible sexual control” before us.
