China Made Cell Phone

Recommended Posts

Recently there has been a lot in the market for those made in China Cell Phones.

It's usually double sim... Meaning two sim cards are ON at the same time unlike previous double sims in the nokia models wherein only one is actually on at a particular point in time. The Companies which make them are apparently MP4 makers upgrading their units.

My Phone is touch screen mga 3 inch screen, no bluetooth, no infrared, 1.3 can, video capability, caller groups, can be used as flash drive or com port. Has micro sd as expansion card.

Yung nga lang dahil flash drive pwedeng ma virus.

Have you guys and gals tried or seen one?

my bro bought a Bird s288 (china made) years ago, he liked it because it was thin (and cheap)

wouldn't charge after a couple of months so had it repaired at their official shop in eastwood.

after a short time, the problem came back and my bro stopped using it since.

their quality is suspect but i'm happy to be proved wrong

if you're going to choose between quantity and quality, I'd say quality is my perspective... Kahit pa gaano ka mura yan eh kung mapepeste ka naman sa

pag-gamit, its like you've spent more than its worth! :thumbsdownsmiley:

kilala mo naman ang CHINA na manufacturer ng sangkatutak ng copycat items like iPOD like MP3/MP4 players, portable DVD players and cameras... :hypocritesmiley:

yah, sa ofc namin laganap na yang china fones... in my own point of view, its an MP4 with a cellphone.. ok nman sya.. clear lcd's and hayop sa sounds... ang lakas na malinaw. but i think you cannot find speakers like that in branded cellphones coz your buying a "cellphone" not an "MP4" player.. and the main issue here is the quality and aftersales support.. baka kasi pag nasira eh disposable na yung fone sayang nman ang 9-15k cash.. pero galing talaga ng china... pati i-phone meron ng clone.. hahahaha

mga bro i had to disagree with you , not all china made are bad , it depends on the instructions on the company having it out source . pansinin mo mga nokia cell made in china rin ang nakasulat sa box and sticker inside and motorola's cell and sony small digicams . these companies are not willing to sacrifice their name kaya same pa rin ang quality and they do hire a 3rd party for QC kaya wala pa rin problem .

lately lang yun battery ng nokia made in japan had issue's on exploading too.

i had been to china for vacation halos lahat ng eletrical apparatus and electronics items nila dekalidad .

ang masasabi ko lang kaya of poor quality ang mga china items nandito sa atin eh sisihin mo rin sa mga businessmen natin . they instructed / requested for a more low price item so naturally to accomodate the client , eh cut lahat ng factor kaya ganyan kinalabasan .

one thing i can inform you is majority ng items selling in 168mall and divisoria mall came from YI-WU china , YI-WU is known by their locals as tambacan ng low quality items kaya nga supermura ang mga paninda ng 168mall .

(still marami pa rin namimili dito kaya hala cge tuloy pa rin ang negosyo , if wala bibili then the businessmen will lose interest of bring in cheap items to sell)

very opposite if you saw it , beijing , shanghai mga gamit nila halos matataas ang quality.

i myself uses a motorola 2way radio super tibay kahit made in china , sabak sa ulan at accidental nalaglag sa loob ng tanker w water . after ma blowdry buhay pa rin.

yun mga B&W na speaker made in china na and still mahal pa rin and material use are HQ kaya sounds very good pa rin yun mga new models PARADIGM made in china na rin but put side by side with Wharfdale eh stands out pa rin ang dalawa.

yun mga mp3, mp4 players nagkalat mura sa halagang p1200 -p1500 but hindi ma match yun sound quality ng mga p3k up na branded it is the chip inside , you pay for what you get . (intiendez)

balik tayo sa topic na cell , hanapin nyo yun may reputable brand kc it's like notebook na may white unit (generic) .

ask the seller if may after sales service then you won't have a head ache . and tandaan nyo mas mura ang mga wala warranty sa may warranty

example lang is yun mga nokia and sony ericsson everytime sa mga stores like memoexpress/digital exchange (authorized) mas mahal kaysa mga ibang store na promise 1 month replace / 6 mos repair na store . na once magkaproblem then hindi pala acknowledge.

i had traded 2 runs dubao cellfones na hong kong firm but pinasub made sa china and the quality and the design surpass those cect brands

i myself had nokia communicator nung nasira yun ribbon cost 7k ayaw pa iwarranty , which i bought it locally sa authorized dealer and dami reason .

Now my question is...

Do you have a list of good known reputable brands of these CHINA PHONES ? Especially the iPOD clone ?

Or is there a website wherein I can view the list of brands! Tia! :thumbsupsmiley:

my friend bought one, which id like to call as "nokla" hahaha, may nakalagay pang "N95" at first glance, mapepeke talaga sa itsura, ang galing eh, tapos makikita mo may stylus. then i saw one of my officemates with an "E868" kala ko e-series ng nokia, yun pala hinde.. it was a rip-off ng "N73." an then there was some guy na sobrang hambog kesyo pinagmamalaki niya na may "iphone" daw siya and it was working with a local sim, nagpapaniwala naman yung ibang innocente sa mga gadget... yun pala it was an "ayphone" not an "iphone"

so basically ang point-of-discussion kasi dito eh, hindi naman yung made in china na from branded/well known companies ang topic dito eh yun quality nung mga fake items or rip-offs...

Have my motorola lookalike. 5,500 ultra thin sliding phone. 2 batteries.(youll need two talaga 1 sa umaga and one sa hapon hehe!)

But its functions are well worth it. Expandable micro sd, MP3 and video at camera. I use it for everyday commute and call. Brand is Jin Peng and so far its quite ok.

Now the Nokla... Damn regreted buying for my wife at 8,500. Should have bought the one with the TV single sime for the same price. The N95 nokla is way far different from the N95. Its like putting an old engine in a new BMW.
