Much desirable if it is a 3-bedroom unit in a tower that is only walking distance from my office. For all practical purposes. A 3-bedroom unit usually comes with one or two parking spaces. Not like with condo units where you pay for air (space) However, if you're living in a metropolis where the value of land is greatly inflated, owning a condo unit is much more practical.
