Swimming school / instructor is the best way to go. Mura lng nman per session charges ng mga yan.

 

I never had someone teach me how to swim. Batang ilog lng talaga ko dati.lol so i guess luv for the water makes it easier for someone to learn how to swim.

if you really want to learn go straight for the swim school, it doesnt really cost that much anmore, marming ng lozada training grounds. <img src='http://manilatonight.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsupsmiley.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':thumbsupsmiley:' /> give it a coupla weeks and you'd be swimming with the fish in no time.

Its tough to learn how to swim via books and videos, best bet is to get an instructor. Its important that they see your stroke and can give you drills. You can check out strokes and proper form on Youtube or videos, but without someone guiding you- it can be very difficult.

 

There are a number of instructors and places to learn. Search Sulit or FB, etc. I take lessons in ULTRA on weekends and swim in Ace Pasig on weekdays. Love Swimming, best exercise for a big guy like me.

The cheapest way to learn the sports is PASSION!!! Love the water, don't be afraid to TRY IT OUT bcoz swimming is a total body workouts. Yan ang sports na hinde ka pag-papawisan.

since birth gusto ko na ang tubig kaso the only problem is di ako marunong lumangoy what my father did is they enrolled me and my brother sa swimmimg school and yun dun na kami natuto. dapat gusto mo ang ginagawa mo at face your fears. we are never too old to learn, learning is a life long process

Naalala ko tuloy nung 6 yrs ako inihagis ako ng dad ko sa ilog approx 6ft pero nakaya kong makabalik sa shore habang umiiyak.survival instinct lang yun gumana sa akin.dun ako natutong mag swim.i think that is the best way to learn how to swim!
