Ay Sus. It has to be tuyo, with kamatis and sinangag, with beer on the side. But I became a vegetarian in 1993. Sadly, I haven't found a great Filipino vegetarian dish since.

doesnt matter i see it every time at filipino party or gatherings!! haha so u can say its a dish of ours even tough its not technically :P
