ang kawalan ng courtesy sa panahon ngayon. mas nagiging mahal lang ang industriya pero hindi ibig sabihin na mas nagiging professional. i miss the old days. puros text pa lang noon. wala pang mga status indicator para sa communication. but still mas maayos kausap ang mga tao.

sorry sa late reply. ang tagal kasing lumipat ng page.

anyway in general naman yung pananaw ko dito sir. i don't mind getting a no for an answer kapag gumagawa ako ng reservation. di ko lang maiwasan magcompare. yung mga nakakatrabaho ko kasi dati as much as possible di nila hinahayaan na unanswered ang inquiry bago matapos ang araw. lalo na kung verified na ang client at booking talaga ang topic. basta di nila hinahayaan na unanswered ang kliyente for many days. o kung wala man sila ipinapaalam naman ng management na on vacation sila. nakaka miss lang yung ganung klase ng courtesy.
