just a tip. aside from exercise, you need to diet.

 

diet doesn't mean not eating or lessening food intake.

 

take note of what you eat. you can increase meal frequency as long as you do not take in to much carbs. do not skip meals. eat lots of fish, fruits, veggies, and dairy products. stay away from processed food, fast food, rice, beer, bread, starch. drink lots of water.

when you say alternative, do you mean other than going to the gym? or doing sports?

 

my first impression when you said alternative was some of the more meditative disciplines, like taichi, chiqong, kalimasada, or even some aikido styles. they emphasize mental tranquility and stability(thus fighting stress) besides the usual benefit of regular physical exercise you get with regular practice

 

san nakakabili neto? how much usually?

Walk, walk, walk. Walk to the office. Walk during lunchtime. Walk during breaktime. Walk to the sari sari store. Walk around the mall while the missus is shopping. Walk around church if you don't like the sermon. Walk for ten minutes after dinner. Walk for ten minutes before lunch. Walk up the stairs to your office. walk around the room during TV commercial breaks. There's no excuse for not fitting in walking into your day.

 

Supplement with 20 pushups and 40 crunches in the morning before showering. Repeat in the evening. Watch the fat and sugar. Sleep well.

RUNNING. the most basic exercise, used since the Greek olympics.

BODYWEIGHT CIRCUIT TRAINING. i.e. military exercises, wrestling conditioning drills, etc...

INTERVAL TRAINING. get a hold of Bas Rutten's Mixed Martial Art Workout. It does wonders. No more excuses when you work out at home.

May alternatibong paraan kung wala kang pera mag gym, edi mag jogging o lakad ka lang sa labas, then strecthing, try mo mag push ups, situps and crunches. makakatulong na sayo para maging healthy ka. at syempre kailangan pa rin ng balance diet, at sapat na tulog. I hope na natulungan ko kayo.
