Sa problem 2 :
Kailangan ung Deed of Sale/Transfer na pirmado ng Corporate Secretary ng kumpanya.
Naklagay din ung corporate address dun, kung may xerox ng sec registration mas OK.

what's the timeframe para makuha ung license card? will it take weeks?

when i left the phils. last year, alam ko pwede na makuha ung card on the day you applied or made the renewal.

is this correct?

Yeah 1 day just as the gentleman said if you apply at a 1-stop shop
because they have a card-printer in this offices for the plastic

But if you apply at those who do not have a card printer or if they say that their printer is defective or under repair
they will ask you to come back after 3-5 (150 days) months and issue you the paper (official receipt)

Note :
Do not loos the paper (official receipt) even if you have the plastic , this is more important
If you lost the plastic they have at least the paper to retrieve your record/payment

If you loose both, then you have to get a notarized affidavit of loss

what's the timeframe para makuha ung license card? will it take weeks?

that't correct. you get your license card on the same day you renew your driver's license.

ang weird lang sa mga LTO offices is nag-issue pa sila ng temporary license na size ng 1/4 bond paper and charge you for computer fee. and after some minutes of waiting, they also release the license card. i can't appreciate the purpose of that temporary license. <_<

Surprised...?

I have friends who worked with Stradcom - the company who was part of the computerization in LTO
Of course we all know that computerization should improve the turn-around time in processing LTO stuff
e.g. number queueing system, clearances, exams

Some people just do not get the hang of computers .....
Worse they do not use it and get back to their old habits at work where they
PRIORITIZE those who have LAGAY and those who are LAKAS

Kasi nga naman kung computerized pati ung servicing at ung express servicing wala na silang KURAKOT
... sad to say some unscrupulous LTO staff are still there

that't correct. you get your license card on the same day you renew your driver's license.

Yes, unscrupulous people are still at it.....old habits never die for them ika nga......same goes for almost all policemen, traffic aide, firemen, customs personnel, NAIA personnel, and many government employees....all in the service to make money through corrupt means..... :thumbsdownsmiley:

The best way to get back at them is to report them to the media....XXX, Imbestigador, etc.

LTO employees under DOTC

they get to be moved from other offices like
LTFRB, NTC, LRTA others

The PNP-TMG is task to CLEAR vehicle registration, transfer etc ...
The task ranges from verifying/clearing Enginee numbers, body numbers, plate numbers
and registration numbers, etc - the so called PNP Clearance

Why are those CARNAPPED vehicles disappear in oblivion?

If you go to a sleazy police station, there is a list of Carnapped vehicles (plate numbers)
posted on their BLACKBOARD ....

Asa ka pa.....

The closest one-stop-shop that I know is at the Provincial Capitol Compound (Kapitolyo, Pasig). Andun kasi ang PNP-TMG Clearance Office, may LTO na rin dun, a host of insurance companies (kiosks), Notaries Public, Smoke emission testing.....

These are just Driver's Licenses Renewal Centers. You cannot register a car here nor have the registration papers transferred from the previous to the new owners.
