Things I do that actually help with my daily bowel movement:

Apple Cider Tonic (not just for bowel movement; combination of a tbsp. of organic&unprocessed apple cider, honey and water; twice per day)
Yakult
fiber diet (not to exaggerate; a fruit dessert & vegetable in soup will do)

 

Sometimes, smoking a cig works!
