Dati when our traditional society favored the patriarchal system, majority of women were housewives and only gets to have exclusive sex just with their husbands. Chances of women fooling around were very slim. While men who worked for a living get to go out and have higher chances of being unfaithful. This stigma or bad rep of men branded by the women society as the "unfaithful" gender is still being experienced by all men today, irregardless of us being faithful or not.

 

In our modern day society, women now have equal rights so things have changed. More fiercer and dominant women are coming out every day. Women are now the "bida" in most movies and commercials shows. While men seem contented in just taking the back seat. More and more women now are fooling around. Numbers are growing. The new stigma nowadays is the woman as the "bitch" who favors "boy toys" and get's what they want. Just like men before, women will also suffer the same bad rep in the distant future for many many years to come.

 

We all reap what we have sowed, one way or another.

being unfaithful is a choice, definitely that's correct! however, in general.. one always has a reason for being unfaithful regardless of how deep or shallow the reason will be, it's still a reason that the offender can justify if the other party neglects the other. Both parties should have a mutual relationship and be sensitive to your partner's feelings.. so in the end, if the finger gets pointed at you.. you have your conscience clear and can say out loud that you did everything to save the relationship.

He has to have the capacity, physically, emotionally and financially to consummate an affair.

 

Finally, even if all the women in the world throw themselves at his feet, and even if he has enough money to support this lifestyle he has to be willing to do this. There are a lot of reasons to be unfaithful and there are a lot reasons to keep the faith. In the end, the guy has to make the decision.

 

Some guys have been hurt and in order to cope chose to have an affair. Some are just lonely and vulnerable. But some are just plain gigolos who actively hunt when they have already committed to someone.

 

Complicated, this unfaithfulness thing is.

There's a biological reason. Women can get pregnant. So women can't just fcuk around. They have to choose a partner carefully. On the other hand sperm is cheap and easy to make. So men can afford to throw their sperm around.

Men and women cheat. Even while they're married to other people, they cheat. We have all the means to cheat. Its nothing new.

 

The problem with cheating with most people is that they are too obvious to the extent that they would loathe their partners completely in front of their children. For example: you had great sex with fubu then you come home, you are very irritated with your wife or husband that you made it so obvious that you can't stand it. Di na lang pwede na to keep it to yourself? yung mga kinaiinisan mo sa asawa mo for the sake na lang sa mga anak ninyo? para tuloy tuloy pa rin ang mundo ninyo? walang nasasaktan, walang expectations na nasisira. Maging manhid ka na lang.
