Condo Unit Or House & Lot?

Recommended Posts

House and lot for renting out. Condo to live in (preferably on a high floor).

Living on a high floor can rid you of mosquitoes and rats. Also, the monthly association dues will take care of the maintenance work and security.

Both if kaya.

Having a house & lot is great. And having a condo unit makes you enjoy amenities that if you can’t have in a single detached house.

Pero pag may single detach ka na, magandang investment din condo. Either for long term lease, air b&b or student/ employee lodging. That is the reason why I had 2 units for investment now.
