1. B&T sa san juan and taguig -- for Burritos, Chimicangas and yung mango habanero wings

 

2. Orale! sa Fort - For California style Tacos

 

3. Tacos Chincones sa may makati rockwell (katabi ng Soms) -- Legit Mexican Tacos!

 

4. Silantro -- not really authentic sya, more on Fil-mexican, masarap and mura food nila, as in SOLID!

CHIHUAHUA! Two branches in Makati (Makati Avenue in front of A-Venue and Greenbelt I'm-not-sure-which-number) and one in BGC (beside that huge-ass Starbucks with the drive-thru)

Silantro's Burrito definitely proved that it is one of their bestsellers.  The meat is very tender and tasty, while the rice is perfectly cooked.  And what I liked best on this dish are their sauces!  The cucumber sauce got my attention.  Very refreshing.  And the chili sauce is superb too as well as that aioli sauce, may sipa at linamnam...

 

Just a word of caution:  mahaba ang pila

EL CHUPACABRA. It's around the burgos red light district in makati. They serve the best burritos imho.

One of the best mexican restaurant sa may multinational village paranaque. it's called Su Casa Mexican Grill. masarap yung mga tacos and good quality. Check Ninyo yung reviews sa zomato.

HERMANOS at Petron near Gilmore is still the best. The mexican owners will not sacrifice the original mexican-ingredients like other food places. Though the place is a heavy traffic zone and a small dining place, it's worth the trip.

I agree with Silanto Fil-Mex Cantina. Their only branch in Metro Manila is in Capitolyo Pasig. But the place is indeed always packed so you will have to wait for your turn. The parking is a problem too but you can park all the way to the chapel nearby when dining at night. Just leave a tip to a local resident parking boy to watch over your vehicle. It's not easily accessible for commuters by the way so you may have to hire a taxi when not driving.

These are all ok only.
You should try the real thing in the streets of Mexico.
at best, mga Westernized versions lang. I believe they call them TexMex now or fusion.
At least B & T calls them fusion. But they do it very well.
