1. As of now, the fastest communication method that we have is Radio. Unfortunately radio waves are so slow that it can reach the nearest star in 50 years. If by chance there is an alien in that near star, it will have to analyze the signal, determine the source, then send the sAme radio back which will take another 50 years. Meaning the minimum lucky is 100 years.

2. They may already know that we are here but we do not have the technology to detect them and to understand their language. They are of course higher beings and they are trying to understand simpler beings. It is like us trying to decode the language of ants.

Mankind's progress in learning all about space are barely limited compared to the actual size of all universe. I believe there are other inhabitants from other planet "aliens" if not in our solar system maybe somewhere else. Like us they might also wonder if are they alone in this whole vast space. Or like what most "SCIFI" movies they are far more advance that that they have already visited us here without us knowing it.

Simple lang, Just like what I said sa post ko sa "Do you believe in UFOs" thread, UFOs (Unadentified FLYING objects) are not true.

 

Parang BIG FOOT sightings lang yan sa USA which is wala naman talagang creature na Big Foot na nag eexist sa Earth.

 

Primarily, wala silang technology to do it, kung meron man, do you think hahayaan nila na may times na makita natin sila lumilipad lipad? If they can travel galaxies to galaxies, planets to planets, mag labas pasok sa atmosphere natin ng hindi na susunog or hindi lumalapag, do you think as simple as using a stealth technology para hindi natin sila makita eh hindi nila maafford or magawa?

 

Bakit nagkakaron ng UFO sightings? kasi poor sila sa technology? If you will go to an unknown planet na may life form, at pag aaralan ng patago yung planetang ito, sa tingin mo ba hindi "Stealth technology" muna ang dapat mong unahin?

 

So just to be clear, I dont believe in UFOs but I believe in other life forms outside our Galaxy or planet. Who knows meron palang life forms within our Milky way such as sa Mars, or Jupiter.

 

So technically, why they have not contacted us? First, they don't have the technology to do it. Second, They don't even know that we exist. Third, they are hundreds or thousands of light years away. I dont believe that there are supreme beings, more advanced technology etc. Kasi if there is, other life forms would share us knowledge para makasurvive sa galaxy na to.
