(sa singapore kahit sobrang mahal ng oto ay sobra pa din sa quota, kaya dapat may limit talaga. kahit sa manila lang or sa malalaking syudad lahat ng ma collect ilalagay para umayos ang public transpo. Simplest solution is kontian ang mga sasakyan sa kalsada. Yan ang hindi ma-reto ng mga cargods tulad nina Deakin kasilabag sa personal interests nila. Takot sila mawalan ng minamahal nilang mga oto. It only means that they are improving after they replaced the 3rd party maintenance provider.
