Smoking And Weightlifting

I didnt read the other posts I just skipped through the topic maybe it was mentioned but Ill mention it again (smoking eats away muscle cells) hehehe. Youre body building for what if you smoke? More effort to gain muscles for smokers and more effort to maintain and retain muscles.

The only thing that is meant to be inhaled in this world is a mixture of nitrogen & oxygen called "air",

its the only thing that has a positive effect on the human body. Everything else is self-destruction,

what do you feel after nicotine invades your bloodstream? mild euphoria? It's just a forced state of calmness. Its Fake.

 

I know some people who smoke pag hinihingal sila at pagod na pagod :blink:

hindi lang after lifting weights and doing cardio, after straining the body at physical work.

its the body that needs relaxation not the mind, its just the "relaxed" mind shuting up the complaining body.
