Snoring

Recommended Posts

If you’re obese, try to bring down your weight to near your ideal body weight. If still persistent, maybe you should go to a pulmonologist or HEENT doctor who may initially check for structural problems and may subsequent Lt refer you to a sleep specialist. Depending on the result of your test, the sleep specialist may recommend use of a CPAP/APAP. If you have the test done in one of the BOPIS hospitals, your Philhealth will cover the cost of testing. Otherwise, it will be at least 12-20 thousand. The lower bracket is for home testing with remote monitoring.

I would suggest purchasing the machine here despite being pricey as customer support is essential.
