depends on what you mean by "Safe" as there are STD's out there which only require skin to skin contact.

With or without the cut you'd be at risk of herpes, syph(contact with the sore), and HPV from skin to skin contact.

As for gono, chlamydia, hiv.. as long as you're not bleeding from the cut ,it has dried up.. and you wear a condom... your chances of getting those should be low.

If oral sex little to no risk naman for hiv, what you should be worried about is gono/chlamydia as the chances for those can be significant with/without the tooth extraction if they have it.(very common std)

I've been unfortunate enough to get gono from a simple bbbj in the past, easily treatable with antibiotics naman but best to practice safe sex in the future.(always use a condom)

I suggest getting screened to see if something's off, a simple cbc and urinalysis can give you a hint for baseline then full std screening a month post exposure for peace of mind.(best to consult a specialist/urologist)

Ang symptom ko lang lagnat 1 week after, tapos fatigue for the next week and for some reason weak erections. Walang tulo/pain pero kinutuban nako na STI kaya nagpa-checkup.

There's such a thing as oral Chlamydia pala, and if the thera has it, she can give it to you esp. if mahalo yun laway or other fluids sa oil when HJ is given.

I have seen std specialist and most of them are clueless for this. Ive got contact sa US and Japan of same cases and it seems medical test are not yet ready for this disease. There's no probe yet to detect. So here am I warning you guys, never ever share bodily fluids lalo sa theras. Nobody deserves to get what i got. Trust me the symptoms felt like death. its hell in here. I maybe alive ryt now but feels like zombie. Cant work, cant exercise, im just on bed waiting for my time. Im only 26 years old and have a good life ahead of me, but with this im now incapable of doing what a normal person could do.

I got it here sa pilipinas. I know for sure madami na may ganito pero walang malapitan maski sa pagpapagamot dahil maski mga doctor hindi alam. Basta advice ko never ever share body fluids.

You said std specialist are cluess, medical tests are not yet ready, no probe yet to detect.

How are u able to confirm yours as yinzibing. Other medical experts from other fields told you or you just self diagnosed based on symptoms you have ?

Please elighten as it seems severe and incurable.

I can confirm this from experience and doctors wont do any further investigation once you test negative on std panel. But still experiencing debilitating symptoms and showing inflammation on your bloodwork. Even unprotected oral sex is enough to be infected by this. Tried different antibiotics but still same. One alarming symptom is the dramatic weight and muscle  loss. Skin rash/spots and painful white patch on tounge. Idk if this is some kind of acquired degenerative disease but MAAAN, this is real suffering. I know for sure, there are people on same boat but cant do anything because of doctors templated approach. This disease is mostly symptomatic on men but has only minimal long term effect on infected women. The girl i got this with still works on the establishment, she looked healthy and fine but i know for sure this thing is already spreading with male victims no one to turn their pain. If you happen to acquire this disease, message me and i will let you join our lab works and investigation of this disease prognosis.

Try going to an infectious disease specialist instead of a venereologist, you can search the St. Lukes site for one. You might have a rare non-STI infection (Lyme disease etc.), those won't show up sa STI screening.

For all you know, hindi mo sa thera nakuha baka sa lugar/tubig/lube/bedsheet.
