Just start slowly, don't overdo it!! Start by discipline yourself to start small and incorporate it in your body and lifestyle.. Kung mamadaliin, matutulad keo sa madaming nagka muscles but eventually lost their perspective of what life is then after 5yrs, nasa isip nlng ang pgiging macho

nakakatone lang sya. if you want to get big muscles, yo need to used barbell/ dumbell. also one of the most important is nutrition, kailangan mo mag take ng whey protein to gain muscle mass... combined it with weight lifting and a lot of perseverance, and proper rest.... may gains kang makikita :D


Kailangan talaga discipline, sa proper rest sir, bagsak talaga ako, madalas din kasi nagpupuyat.

Yung whey protein "ISOLATES" kunin mo. Wag yung regular.

Sa regular whey protein, bloated ka sa water & gas retention.

If you plan to take any supplements....better make sure with your doctor if those will not affect your body negatively.  (i.e. side effects)

It depends on your goal. I take whey protein pag nag bbawas ako ng fats or maintenance. Ok din sa pag bulk up. Dnadagdagan ko lang ng oatmeal, banana, peanut butter

To build muscles, you need to work out regularly, eat the proper amount of macro nutrients(protein,carborhydrates,fats) and micronutrients too (multi-vitamins), get enough sleep at least 6-8 hrs/day, avoid doing a lot of cardio as much as possible as your body could lead to catabolism (body using your muscles as energy) and most importantly, you need to have a  lot of patience!

They all make sense. Natural bulking can be achieved by implementing Paleo or Keto diet on your meal plan. In short, you should eat like a caveman and cook your own meals. Avoid eating those empty calories such as, donuts, white breads, sodas, candies or anything sugary or non-nutritional.

Monday- chest/triceps
Wednesday-back/biceps
Friday-legs/shoulders

4 exercises for the main and 3 for the partner.

Please remember that these supplements whether it's whey protein, creatine, bcaa's and the likes are only intended to replenish your deprived body after an intense workout. They are highly effective if you know how to take them accordingly. As per it's description, they are called "supplements" because it can help you to re-supply your body/muscles with the right amount of protein that it needs to heal. 

 

Most body builders also use protein supplements to complete their daily macronutrient requirement(protein,carbs,fats) for the day. 

 

e.g. You still require 30 more grams for the day, so instead of eating a whole chicken breast at night, you can just take a scoop or 30grams of protein shake before you go to bed. Taking a scoop of protein at night and a scoop in the morning(if you don't usually breakfast)  can also help you from losing muscles overnight as it could prevent your body from catabolizing.
