well, to tell you the truth mahirap maghabol kapag your out of the company na, pero kung matitiyaga ka puede rin...
if the your last employer deducted your premiums, dapat makuha (or mahiram) mo ung original copy ng R3 (this the collection list for contributions) sa kanila, then i-file nmo ito sa nearest branch for posting (PS. clusteral ung mga employers accounts, meaning if the companies address is within the Makati area. sa SSS Makati cla dapat ifile, if Marikina then Pasig, so on and so forth...)... and if they dont want to give you the copy, magfile ka lang ng "REquests for Manual Verification" sa Office namin, (the first one is the fastest, pero ung sa manual verification, medyo matagal cya, approx. 1 to 2 months)...
Philhealth and Pag-ibig are seperated with us, iba ung filing nyan... pero i think they have the same procedures with us... inquire ka n lng sa kanila,, ok?
draeger...
are you self employed or voluntary? july contributions mo ay hanggang last Aug. 5 pa, d mo n cya mahahabol, pero ung August mo you still until Sept 5 to pay it up...... the best thing to do is to pay in advance para hassle free...
black ice...
if he is qualified then do this:
bago ka makapagfile ng claim dapat meron n ung father mo ng digitized ID, (ito ung tampered proof na ID, para driver's license ung hitsura)
pero kung meron n cya, mas ok,, then kuha k lang ng form sa SSS na DDR1 (application for Retirement), ifill-up nyo lang cya...
if there is still a minor in his benificaries, attach nyo ung NSO certified birth ceritificate, and file nyo sa antipolo...
mamabait naman ung mga nakapost dyan...
(to see if he reached the qualifying contributions of retirement claim, hingi k ng print out... 120 months is the minimum quota)

na tipong pagnilagay kong 14 days yun eh 14 days talaga compute ng sss at medyo no need for additional medical documents, kundi reseta lang at medical certificate na lang ng doktor!

manual verification takes about two months to finish......accidentally, na-file ang name ko under a difference company. so ang nangyari nde na post ang contributions ko since Feb 2002. After kong murahin ang mga taga-HR namin, gumawa sila nang affidavit na nagsisignify na nde ako umaalis nang company namin. Sinend na yung affidavit at sabi nang SSS medyo hintayin lang daw kse manual daw nilang iche-check yun.

What is the maternity benefit?
The maternity benefit is a daily cash allowance granted to a female member who is unable to work due to childbirth or miscarriage.
What are the qualifications for entitlement to the maternity benefit?
1. She has paid at least three monthly contributions within the 12-month period immediately preceding the semester of her childbirth or miscarriage.
2. She has given the required notification of her pregnancy through her employer if employed or to the SSS if separated, voluntary and self-employed member.
3. The maternity benefit may be given to a separated female employee provided that the female member was pregnant and has given the required notification prior to the date of separation from her employer.
Is a voluntary or self-employed member also entitled to the maternity benefit?
Yes, a voluntary or self-employed member is entitled to the maternity benefit, provided that she meets the qualifying contributions using the new contribution scheme for voluntary or self-employed members under RA 8282.
How much is the maternity benefit?
The maternity allowance is equivalent to 100 per cent of the member's average daily salary credit multiplied by 60 for normal delivery or miscarriage, 78 days for caesarean cases.

<nasagot ko na etong topic, but i'll reply to it again, for the sake of the viewers>its already september but in my records sa SSS, my last contribution was just on dec of 2002!!! ang alam ko kasi my previous company was deducted me the monthly contribution, that was until june, and my current company din is deducting me the monthly contribution that was started last july. is it just the SSS database that is not updated or there is something wrong with the way my companies are handling the contributions, is there a way para ma update yung records ng mabilis
![]()
second question, i have 65 continues (as in continues) contributions, after that the above situation occurs, am i allowed to avail of the salary loan??
thank you po in advance
there would be a problem in posting the contribution submitted to the SSS by the employers (or the self employeds & voluntary memebers) is when there are discrepancies sa mga enties ng datas within the submitted documents (eg. SSS form R3), nahihirapan ang encoder n magpasok ng infos sa database....
pagnagkamali and it's the SSS fault (di ba?)....
so if there are problems in your contributions record (in posting) punta n lang kayo dun sa pinakamalapit n branch sa address ng company...
there you'll know the problem....
at least 36 months, qualified n eto sa salary loan....
PM me pag may problema p... ok?

pero kung meron n cya, mas ok,, then kuha k lang ng form sa SSS na DDR1 (application for Retirement), ifill-up nyo lang cya...
if there is still a minor in his benificaries, attach nyo ung NSO certified birth ceritificate, and file nyo sa antipolo...
mamabait naman ung mga nakapost dyan...
