As for Tsukemen though, I like what they serve in Sekitori

Ramen Nagi is the best Black King for me chef recommendation.

not really impressed w/ their black noodles as they used sesame oil.
Hv tried one wherein they grind in the black sesame seeds.
Not only is the sesame taste more pronounced but its very creamy as well.
wish they'd all learn fron the Japanese people and not do short cuts.

On a sidebar, where (other than Little Tokyo) would be a great place to get authentic (and delicious) Yakisoba and Udon?

And why don't we have a page for those 2?

For best tasting ramen, go to Oyasumi in P. Guevarra. Tapos leave a little broth and have them make you a risotto for only P60! Panalo!

For the cheapest yet great asking to ramen, go to Manbee in Shopwise Cubao! Wala pang P200 Ang big bowl nun!

Sometimes I also eat at Hokkaido Ramen Santouka. While I like my Ramen Spicy they don't give that much, but I still like their selection. And sometimes, I go for their sets where they have karaage or ebi or shake furai or even gyouza.  They do cost around the 450 to 600 range for the set but contrary to what my brother-in-law is saying, I think it is worth the price.

いただきます。

Uma Uma at S Maison MOA complex. Great Ramen, great food and great cocktails and view of Manila Bay at their bar. They also have a branch at Uptown Parade, Uptown Bonifacio Taguig.
