Short FR on Kuya J's Cubao Branch.

Went there yesterday to have lunch and try their halo-halo.

Pro:

The halo-halo was really good.
It was creamy, not too sweet with just the right amount of ingredients that I enjoyed.

Con:

Ordered Pancit Canton, Lumpiang Presko, Calamansi Juice

All of which were unavailable according to the server. He suggested alternatives. I relented, however decided to cancel them and just proceeded to eating the halo-halo.

The server was rude. Instead of placing the dessert spoon on thr table with a napkin, he just handed it carelessly and the untensil almost fell to the floor.

While I understand perfectly why some food items could be unavailable, the attitude of the employee is inexcusable. Lesson learned, go to the restaurant if you want halo-halo and nothing else.

I agree with Halo halo, is really beat the heat

Just s short FR on Spiral:

I was surprise to see a lot of people dining at Spiral normally I would see only ample people dining. What food stands out for me? of course I love their foie gras, beef, shrimp was fresh including giant tahongs and crabs, their dimsum was good they have this spinach dumplings and pumpkins wrap like hakaw which is good. The lamb was a let down (tough to eat). They have a cheese room where you can choose a wide variety of cheese. Chocolates are inside the cabinet box and desserts was delicious as ever... they have puddings, cakes, big halo2x and ice cream. I miss their fruit juices wherein they combine different fruits into 1 bottle which I did not see. Complementary tea and coffee but beers, wines and softdrinks are add-ons. Overall, 10/10.

My go to place when you are hungry and when you don't have an idea where or what to eat is at Pancake House.

I go there mostly for three things.

1. Their Pan Chicken (I always order three pieces)

2. Their Burger Steaks (are big, juicy and their gravy is to my liking)

3. Their Tacos!

Of course if somebody offers blueberry pancakes who am I to refuse. Hahahaha!

Also I have a taken a liking to their spicy chicken fingers... after all they are the same as your Pan Chicken, but spicy!

My go to meal at Pancake House is their spicy Chicken Fillet with Brown Rice. Another favorite of mine is their Salmon fillet. I order than with their tacos. What I do is I mix the taco filling with the salmon. I eat the taco shell separately and I don't bother eating the rice anymore.

Best wings place for me is at Frankie's Buffalo wings. Meron sa SM north, SM Aura, SM Megamall, Citygolf at BGC area. Daming flavors at malaki ung wings nila. May burgers and pasta din para sa mga ayaw magchicken. Favorite ko ung Chessy bacon at Garlic parmesan na wings.
