I remember nung college sa computer class, programming flowchart steps are:

Start - Declare Variable Inputs - Initialize - Get 1 - Decision Y/N - If N, loop back to Get 1 - If Y, do this Process - Store Output - Loop back to Get 1 - Stop (when nothing else remaining to Get) - Print Output - End

NIce dami pala pwede mentors d2.

I want to learn and shift career kasi malaki raw salary ng IT professionals. Tama ba?

Malaki "potential". Pero IMHO, it's not for everybody. How will you know if it's for you? if you can self-study your way into the industry - because that's what you'll be doing your whole career. Self studying the latest and greatest that comes out in order to demand high salary. You can learn one thing though and continue doing that, but then you wont get to experience the potential of a high salary.

Common is PHP or Python(which I prefer). Hindi na uso ngayon ung dederecho ka na database kasi may security issue so mas prefer ung mga API para dun. Then sa web namn may redux, typescript or react pili ka na lang.

Then pinakahuli nyan is penetration testing (Zap testing, MobileSF). Tipong ginawa mo tas sisirain mo rin kasi may security concern..

Haha dyan lang umiikot buhay programmer. Hindi dapat ma stuck sa common knowledge.Tyagaan lang talaga kasi minsan ung latest ngayon next year deprecated na >_<

Napadaan lang..No love for Java in this thread? :) Dying language or is it really not that hip anymore?..your take guys? :)

Not a dying language, it's actually thriving while others are slowly getting deprecated.

Banks are still using it in their legacy software and new  applications are being built around the Java ecosystem, our company uses a lot of programming languages that revolve around Java (I specialize in Scala) but you also have the Kotlin camp as a better Java and C# which used to be J++ until Oracle sued M$oft lol
