nope. hindi LAMAS, kundi HIMAS.... yung LAMAS ang nakakalawlaw.

 

actually, ang labo nung tanong ni rebel chic eh. maintenance ng ano actually?

 

remember that the chest press and dumbell flyes target the muscles underneath the breast. breasts are not muscles. the muscles are found under the brests. kung malaki boobs, there is no way to make them defy gravity. kung medyo maliit, these exercises will work dahil nafifirm up yung muscles underneath the small breasts.

 

kaya opinion ko, gusto kong makita yung breasts ni rebel chic... dun ako magdedecide kung ano proper maintenance and care na kailangan nya. :evil:

dunno ha? but i think sagging comes with age. no amount of exercise can make it firm pag nagkaidad na ang girl, and/or pag nagkaanak na.

 

that is one purpose of gravity here on earth. to pull down what needs to be pulled down. hehehehe.

ang point d2 is how will you maintain habng kaya pa dba?

 

 

hmmm. i know girls who are still young pero lawlaw na, dahil as i've said earlier, breasts are mostly fats, hindi sya muscle. yung muscle nya just lies underneath the fat, near the ribcage.

 

for exercises, try the horizontal cable flyes (they target the pecs, which are the muscles underneath the breasts.) or the seated inclined dumbell flyes. make sure you use sufficient weight na kaya mong mag 15 reps.

 

for the actual breast themselves, it will help (ata) if you wear the proper bra (not sure. hindi ako nag bra bra eh...:) ) it will also help if you don't frequently go bra-less. kundi talagang hihilahin at hihilahin yan ng gravity.

 

 

teka, asan ba yung partner ko na si blackcat? malaki din boobs nun eh (nyahahaha!) .... baka makatulong pa sya....

 

 

blackcat, yung promise mo sa akin....

 

 

 

siguro isa pang maintenance dyan is alagaan mo na lang sya mabuti. lagyan mo ng lotion or baby oil after bath para manatiling malambot. :) include the aeriola and the nipple area.

You can lift your breasts and, as a bonus, hone down your bra roll.

 

Let's talk about the breasts first. By working out a certain way, you can put minimuscles under your breasts. In other words, you can develop your pectoral muscles in just the right manner to lift your breasts and give you the look of cleavage.

 

 

Standing Boobs/Bra-Roll Lifter

 

Position: Stand with your feet a natural width apart. Bend at the elbows, holding a dumbbell in each hand, dumbbells facing away from your body.

 

Movement: Flexing your chest muscles as hard as possible, move your forearms together until your side biceps are touching your breasts. Feeling the stretch in your chest muscles, return to start position. Repeat the movement 12 times. Back-To-Front Butt Zapper.

 

Position: Lie on the floor on your left side with your left arm extended so your head lies on your biceps. Make sure your body is in a straight line. Bend your left leg under you.

 

Movement: Flexing your right buttock as hard as possible, extend your right leg as far behind you as possible. Keeping the flex on your butt, bring your leg back to start position and then extend that same right leg as far in front of you as possible. Bring back to start position. Repeat the movement until you have completed 15 repetitions in each direction. Repeat for the other leg. Repeat both of the above exercises two more times.

Don't go on any "diets."

 

Breasts are one of the first (if not the first) places where fat is cannibalized (metabolized) by the body. Unfortunately, the reverse is not true.

 

In other words, you can't get that volume back, no matter how much new weight you gain. Go figure.

 

I've know several ladies who had spectacular racks - and then they lost weight (whether to a diet or other, ahem, issues). Those that came back to their "normal" weight have never regained the former glory of their breasts.

 

Diets = Just Say No.

In other words, you can't get that volume back, no matter how much new weight you gain. Go figure.

 

I've know several ladies who had spectacular racks - and then they lost weight (whether to a diet or other, ahem, issues). Those that came back to their "normal" weight have never regained the former glory of their breasts.

 

Diets = Just Say No.

having saggy breast is very common, especially in women

who have large breasts and who are aged. adding to the problem,

hormonal changes. both during pregnancy and as you reach menopause,

make breasts sag even more. you can choose to carry out a plastic surgery.

apart from surgery, you can lift your breast up in a natural way.

the best strategy to prevent sagging is to wear supportive sports bras

that have good upward support and hold the breasts close to the chest.

strength exercises that target the pectoral muscles may provide some

benefit in elevating overlying breast tissue. push-ups, dumb-bell flies

and weight machines that work the pectoral muscles may provide

some aesthetic benefit. de-emphasize your focus on weight and continue

regular exercise and healthy eating habits.

exercise tips

 

1. Lie down on a mat. Hold one weight in each hand and extended your arms out at shoulder level. Raise both arms straight up together above your body, keeping your elbow slightly bent, so that the weights meet over your chest. Return the weighs out to your sides at shoulder height. Repeat the exercise 13 to 15 times.

 

2. Lie down on a mat. Extend your arms and hold the weights up in the air over your chest. Bend your elbows and lower the weights toward your chest, with your elbows out to the sides at shoulder level. Extend your arms straight back up over your chest. Repeat the exercise 13 to 15 times.

 

3. Take a weight in each hand, extend your arms out to each side and do 15 small, backward circles about a foot in diameter. Widen the circles slightly and do another 15, then repeat these two steps going forward

Siguro applicable lang to kung mataba kaya malaki ang boobs. There are girls na malaki ang boobs kahit payat. ;)
