Easy diet will be lots of fiber, proven ko na to. wala akong exercise for two months, normal eating routine. lots of fiber, loss 10kilos.

I'm trying keto diet right now, fast 12 hours from your last meal. Usually last meal is around afternoon so when I get home I go to sleep directly. You can eat anything IN MODERATION from when you want to start the 12 hours again.
Usually balanced carb and protein para may energy. Pang-2nd week ko na at di naman ako nagugutom ng sobra unlike before kaya so far, ok naman.
