Happiness varies to each individual (ang happiness sayo or sa kanya is different from other people or even my happiness). Then how can it be measured if were actually happy or not?

Merong 6 layers of happiness same concept with maslow heiarchy. Just to keep it short and simple Happiness doesnt only come Along with desire or achievement its more on Being authentic on who you are as a person not Being influenced by an external factor that are society created na kesyo ang happiness comes from (bahay, kotse, babae, pera) this is the kind of misconception that should be dismissed kasi were Being brainwashed sa ganitong klasing culture. In the end, ull be satisfied but not authentically happy.
