IMHO PH Cigars are on the light side, maybe tobacco that grows somewhere south or dried  somewhere hotter would give it some nold taste and aroma.

wala na ba yung sa manila pen, facing makati avenue, kp owned?

The Bar at the Pen is still there!  Tabac has a small shop beside it.  One of the coziest and warmest place to hang while smoking.

You should try the 1881 Perique.  It's a 15-year old vintage. Spicy and bold flavors

This is limited in the Metro Manila area. Some of the location that sells cigars and have a cozy place:

1)  TABAC at Manila Peninsula

2)  Cafe Havana in Greenbelt

3)  Sofitel Manila

Finally got to taste Tabacaleras coronas. I'd say Philippine cigars rank right up there with the best Cubans.

Would they have Tabacaleras too in the cigar lounges here?

Yes, my friend!  Go to The Bar at the Peninsula Manila.  They have the full range of Tabacalera cigars including the DJUs and 1881 Perique.  The latter you should try, but with a full stomach.

Hey, I would even accompany you!

Churchill's has moved into Casblanca Bar and Resto at Shangrila's carpark building. I think they dropped the name though. The hot cigar attendant is a friend of mine wub.gif

Isn't Casablanca a KTV joint with a lot of hot ladies? If so then that would be an interesting combination. Cigar, single malt, and a lady to flirt around with. Has anyone tried this recently?
