Gentlemen!

Im a newbie if that's what you call it and am a cigar Officionado!
There's nothing like a Good Cigar and a Good Vintage to go with it!
Headed out soon to Manila and would like to know where to Hang Out?
Need some due RnR and would like to just enjoy my Cigars and maybe, just maybe some company if you know what I mean!!

I normally frequent the Cigar places overseas and always end up with a Companinon to take elsewher for some Good Live Jazz!
I used to go to COncourse at the Old Manila Garden.. I know that's a long way back!I just love the Standard Jazz (RATPACK STUFF!)

Any infos will be appreciated! Haven't been out to Manila lately and had a good time.

Good Day Gents!
D

Member's bar, at taguig, also sells cigars. But its a private bar. you need to be a member to come in.

Churchill's at Shangrila is a very nice place but the cigar prices are astronomical. I remember paying $45.00 for a Cohiba Siglo V and $26.00 for a Cohiba Siglo I. It's in a nice place though. Can't wait to go back there.

Kipling's has an excellent selection of cigars and of single malts.

The staff are very well-trained and extremely polite.

I remember the first time I went they even offered to introduce me to the regulars to help me feel right at home.

Though at the time I wasn't feeling very sociable so I elected to remain quietly at the bar. -_-

Haven't been to the Malate branch of Cafe Havana in years, so I am not sure if they still serve cigars.

But if they do, then fabulous!

You get excellent Afro-Cuban music to accompany your cigar smoking!

Hi guys - am also a cigar aficionado. Does Cafe Havana in Greenbelt still sell cigars? Haven't brought from there in a while. What i like to do is buy a nice selection upstairs at Fuma and bring them downstairs to Havana. I'm going back to Manila this month and plan to spend some quality time with some good cigars, drink, and pelasing company...

Churchill's has moved into Casblanca Bar and Resto at Shangrila's carpark building. I think they dropped the name though. The hot cigar attendant is a friend of mine

Cigar friendly places in Makati include Kipling's and Martini's Bar at the Mandarin, Conway's (outside) at the Shang, The Bar at the Peninsula, the new lounge at Renaissance, and all outdoor places. CAV used to allow cigars inside but they dont anymore.

Kipling's is nice, but have high priced cigars. They are selling a 2006 Limited Edicion Cohiba Piramides for over 4k pesos. Good thing I bring my own cigars and just order single malt from them.

If any of you are interested in purchasing cigars, please PM me. I have a personal collection, and its an updated one. I can sell to you cheaper than any of these retail establishments.

I usually go to kiplings alone. nice place to unwind especially late at night. sit at the bar, talk to the girls tending the bar.

its okay to go to kiplings alone, all the lady bartenders will chat you up and you tend to meet up with friendly folks from all types of background.
