yeah masarap magbuhat lalo na pag weekend.. no work..:)  pero sabi dapat every day or every other day para masanay ung muscles mo.. tama ba?

Stopped going since lumipat ako nang bahay dati kasi sa apartment ako nakatira sa baba lang nun gym na ngaun walang malapit na gym and if merong malapit membership naman siya kaya matagal nang hindi nakakapagbuhat.

At least every other day daw ang pagbubuhat dahil kailangan makarecover ng muscle after workout otherwise madedeteriorate lang sya.

if you're busy, learn kettlebell training. then when you know the basics, buy your own kettlebell and do power lifting drills at home. girls love it for sculpting legs and butt.
